Cancellation

While we understand emergencies may arise, cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged 100% of service price. You are able to change your appointment online up to 24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT. Should you need to reschedule within 24 hours, please contact your lash technician directly.

If you have more than 1 no call/no show on your account we reserve the right to discontinue services or require a full payment of service upon booking.

Late Arrival

Please inform your lash technician as soon as you know you are running behind. You can message your Artists through the Square Online Appointment System. If you received a confirmation email for your appointment, you can reach us!

If you are running more than 15 minutes behind we may need to reschedule your appointment resulting in a cancellation fee. We will do our very best to accommodate you!

Cleaning

Please arrive at every appointment with clean lashes. Appointments do not include time for a cleaning. Should we need to clean your lashes there will be an additional $15 fee and fewer lashes applied.
