There is a $25 fee for all appointments cancelled, reschedule or no-show within 24 hours of set appointment time. Should you incur this fee it will be added to the total of your next service. Our booking system will not allow you to cancel or reschedule appointments within 24 hours, please contact the lash technician you are booked with directly to cancel or reschedule. *If you put down a deposit on a service (ex: Full Sets or New Client Fills) and cancel, reschedule or no-show within 24 hours of appointment you forfeit the deposit and will need to put down another deposit to book again.
Because most of our appointments are booked back to back every 45 minutes to an hour it is crucial that you arrive to your appointments on time. If you are running more than 10 minutes behind we may need to reschedule your appointment resulting in a rescheduling fee of $25. Please contact the lash technician you booked with as soon as you know you are running behind. We will do our best to get you in!
full set vs fill
After 31 days has passed you will need a new full set. Any remaining lashes are often too grown out and will need to be removed. If you are coming in prior to 31 days from last fill but have lost 70% or more of your extensions you will also need a new full set.
